Actually no. I am referring to the marker that is part of the quest from Ascalon City that requires you to find the 3 kingdom markers.

The historical monument of Nolani is not in the mission like the Surmia one, it is outside.

Ah, ok. I obviously thought that you meant the map marker.

Enter the Lowlands via Nolani or the Courthouse and the green quest marker should appear on your map.
